Drudesk operates on a performance-based, prepaid or postpaid basis. As such, payments typically precede cancellations, except in the case of specific products (such as web development projects). Because of this, as a general rule, we do not refund work already executed.
Refunds may be honored solely at the management’s discretion, and will be approved on a case by case basis only.
All Software delivered by Drudesk shall meet the Acceptance Criteria specified in the agreements and/or applicable Work Orders or Statements of Work. If, in the reasonable opinion of the Client, we fail to deliver the Software in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria, we will make every effort to correct the Software.
